With Chelsea on the brink of signing Leeds United winger Raphinah, Moroccan star Hakim Ziyech is said to be on his way out of the club, as reports suggest that he could well end up in Italy.
Earlier this week, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano reported that Chelsea and Leeds United have agreed a £60million fee for the in-demand Premier League star.
Raphinah is believed to have been on the radar of both Barcelona and Arsenal, with Chelsea now in pole position to land the Leeds United man.
As a result, Ziyech has been linked with a move away from the Blues, having struggled to cement his place in Thomas Tuchel’s side.
The former Ajax Amsterdam star made the Premier League switch back in February 2020, under the guidance of former Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard.
According to Di Marzio, Ziyech could be on his way to Italy with AC Milan said to be interested in his services, as they look to strengthen their squad after clinching the Serie A title and securing UEFA Champions League football.
There needs to be an agreement about the salary,” as reported by Di Marzio.
“Which is currently 5 million GBP per season. They are working to find the formula. The negotiations can take place because of the good relationship between the two clubs and both owned by Americans.”
