It’s been reported that Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has been offered to Manchester United, with the club said to be keen on adding to their attacking department before the current transfer window closes.
The Red Devils had a torrid start to their 2022/23 Premier League campaign and recorded a 2-1 loss at the hands of a well-organised Brighton & Hove Albion side at Old Trafford on Sunday, August 9.
Despite a decent pre-season under their belt, the loss against Brighton came as a baptism of fire to new manager Erik Ten Hag, who is looking to get United back to the summit of English football.
According to many reports in the media, United are observing a number of targets in the current transfer window as Ten Hag seemingly has eyes on a midfielder and striker.
Barcelona midfielder Frankie De Jong has been heavily linked with a move to Carrington, however, it is believed that the Dutch star is reluctant to make the move to the English giants.
On the other hand, it’s said that Aubameyang has now been offered to the Manchester club. As per the Independent, United and Chelsea have been spoken about as suitors, with United ‘cooler’ to the idea of bringing the African star on board.
