African superstars Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Achraf Hakimi have been named on the 14-man shortlist for The Best FIFA Men’s Player award.

Senegal and Bayern Munich winger Mane was ranked fifth in 2019 and fourth in 2020 in the The Best FIFA Men’s Player award rankings and he will be hoping to win the accolade this year.

While Egypt captain Salah finished third for the Best FIFA Men’s Player in 2018 and 2021 whilst playing alongside Mane at Liverpool FC, before the Senegalese moved to Bayern in June last year.

On the other hand, Morocco and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) star Hakimi is one of the best full-backs in the world and he is a consistent performer for his country and club.
