As a rising talent in European football at the moment, Mohammed Kudus recently reflected on the ‘greatest’ moment of his budding career.

The Ajax Amsterdam star is said to be on the radar of numerous Premier League clubs, as his stock continues to rise in Europe. The 22-year-old reportedly attracted interest from Manchester United, with former Ajax mentor and current Red Devils manager, Erik Ten Hag, said to be an admirer of the Ghanaian international.

That said, Kudus recently mentioned that representing Ghana in the 2022 World Cup was one of the best moments of his career and that he was motivated by the fans’ support.

“I think it is one of the greatest highlights,” Kudus said as per Ghanaweb.

“When the World Cup is playing, it is all that is being talked about in the country at that moment.

“I think for this game it’s really nice to see the country really on a different energy. You can see the impact football has on people.

“Almost every single person was watching the World Cup in Ghana. It’s just nice that I’m in a position where I can make people happy with the world I do.

“This is a really big motivation to see all these people cheering and supporting me.”
