Sundowns win headlines DStv Premiership fixtures

A dominant Mamelodi Sundowns outfit made it 15 wins out of 15 games in the DStv Premiership this weekend, as Orlando Pirates struggled to overcome the reigning league champions at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

As a result, Gavin Hunt and company put an end to their two-match winless streak as they remained in second spot on the table.

In conclusion, Marumo Gallants overcame a resurgent Sekhukhune United outfit on Saturday night, following a 2-0 win at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium. While they remained bottom of the log, Gallants picked up their first league win in eight games, while Babina Noko suffered their second defeat on the spin.
