Former Nigeria international Victor Moses says he is in dark regarding when he will return from his current injury.
The 32-year-old right-sided player suffered an Achilles tendon injury during a Russian Premier League match between Spartak Moscow and FC Ural Yekaterinburg in August last year.
Moses, who has played for Chelsea FC and Liverpool FC, underwent surgery in Germany 10 day later and he has missed two matches since the Russian Premier League resumed two weeks ago.
The Lagos-born star stated that Spartak manager Guillermo “Guille” Abascal Pérez has been very supportive.
“I don’t even know when you will be able to see me on the field, brother! I can say that Abascal psychologically supports me during recovery,” Moses told Sport Express.
Moses has been training with his Spartak teammates as he hopes to make his long-awaited return to competitive football.
He has played 48 Russian Premier League matches for Spartak and netted eight goals in the process.
