Osimhen to Chelsea in player-plus-cash deal?

Having been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United in recent months, Napoli star Victor Osimhen could be involved in a play-plus-cash deal that could see the Nigerian join Chelsea.

The African star is one of the most sought after strikers in Europe at the moment and is tipped to make a big money move at the end of the 2022/23 campaign.

Osimhen is currently enjoying one of his best seasons with Napoli and scored 25 goals in 29 games in all competitions so far.

As a result, Osimhen has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, with Erik Ten Hag believed to be a keen admirer of the robust forward.

Now though, the Daily Mail reports that Osimhen could head to the blue of Chelsea in a player-plus-cash deal. Christian Pulisic is believed to be the player in question, as the American winger struggles to break into the Chelsea starting XI.

Chelsea has been one of the biggest spenders in the Premier League this season and could look to Osimhen as a player with the ‘right profile’ for their team.
