With Manchester United continuing their revolution under Erik Ten Hag, it’s been reported that the Red Devils could look to bolster their midfield department with Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat.
The 26-year-old caught the eye of many football enthusiasts during the 2022 FIFA World Cup, as he played a starring role in Morocco going all the way to the semi-finals of the popular showpiece.
Since then, the Fiorentina midfielder has been linked with various moves to LaLiga and Premier League outfits, with United said to be interested in his services.
According to Vanguardngr, the English giants could make a ‘u-turn’ in their decision to sign Amrabat, who was believed to be on the club’s radar in December last year.
With United suffering a midfield injury crisis at the time, Ten Hag brought in Marcel Sabitzer from Bayern Munich, as the Austrian signed a short-term loan deal until the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
