Nigerian striker Gift Orban recently expressed his desire to play for the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool or Manchester City in the Premier League, as the 20-year-old begins to make a name for himself in European football.
The center-forward made the switch from Stabaek to KAA Gent in the January transfer window and has since been a revelation for the Belgian Jupiler Pro League side.
In 20 appearances since then, Orban managed to net 20 goals, while recording two assists along the way. With a perfect goal to game ratio with Gent, the attacker set his sights on a Premier League move in the near future.
“My ultimate dream is to play in the Premier League. Man United, Liverpool, Man City,” Orban said as per Euro foot.
“I don’t like Arsenal alone, it’s like they don’t want to win titles. I want to go somewhere where they do.
“I still have a four-year contract here and I am not 0 percent but less than 0 percent on a departure.”
“You have to aim high in life and who says no to a bigger salary? But I’m still too young for Saudi Arabia. Playing in a stadium with 3 supporters is not for me.”
