Roberto Firmino, James Milner, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are all set to leave the Merseyside giants at the end of the current season when their contracts expire.
Firmino is leaving Liverpool after eight years at the English Premier League side and the Brazilian star’s exit signals that of another of the Reds’ heralded front three.
Salah, who has achieved legendary status at Liverpool, took to his official Twitter page to pay tribute to his teammates.
“One of the best things about football is that we get to meet and share moments with great people,” Salah wrote.
“Bobby [Firmino], Milly [Milner], Ox [Oxlade-Chamberlain], and Naby, will be missed and I hope our paths will cross again.”
Salah, Firmino and Sadio Mane formed Liverpool’s heralded front three which helped bring them so much success in recent years.
Mane was sold to German champions Bayern Munich last year and Salah is contracted to the Reds until June 2025.
