African duo to depart Stamford Bridge

With Chelsea expected to reshuffle their squad ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, it’s been reported that two African stars will head toward the exit doors at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have been one of the busiest clubs in recent transfer windows, with new manager Mauricio Pochettino tasked with bringing Chelsea back to the top again.

It is believed that Chelsea will offload a number of high-profile players, including the likes of Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang and Hakim Ziyech.

According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, the African duo are guaranteed to leave Stamford Bridge in the coming months.

“Yeah, many players will leave,” Romano told GiveMeSport.

“I think for Aubameyang it’s a guarantee and the same for Ziyech, so they are players who are going to leave the club.”
