Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah made history during a Premier League match between Liverpool FC and West Ham United on Sunday.
The 31-year-old opened the scoring in the 16th minute as he netted from the penalty spot and the Reds went on to secure a 3-1 victory at the Anfield Stadium.
Therefore, Salah became the first player to register 10 goal involvements in 10 competitive league matches twice.
“Goal involvements in 10 consecutive Premier League games. The first player in Premier League history to do it twice,” a club statement read.
Salah holds several Premier League records including one for the most goals by an African player in a season: 32 goals in 2017-18.
The record of the most Premier League Player of the Month awards in a single season (2017-18) also belongs to the world-class winger.
