Osimhen price would be ‘ground breaking’

Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell believes that the Gunners would have to break the bank for Victor Osimhen, given his reputation as one of the best players in the world currently.

The Nigerian star is believed to be keen on a move away from Napoli, after the club posted a video on Tik Tok which seemingly poked fun at his missed penalty against Bologna last week.

Now, though, it’s been reported that Osimhen could take legal action against Napoli over the Tik Tok video. Since then, transfer talk was once again reignited with Arsenal said to be commencing the groundwork to sign the African star.

According to Campbell however, Arsenal would have to pay a ‘ground breaking’ fee for the Napoli forward.

“What Osimhen would cost will be groundbreaking,” Campbell said, as per Arsenal Insider.

“It’s just like anything isn’t it? If you want to be that side, and you want that style of player, you’ve got to pay the money.”
