Stellenbosch FC and TS Galaxy progressed to the 2023 Carling Knockout final after winning their memorable semi-final encounters.

Stellies proved too strong for Richards Bay as the Western Cape side claimed an emphatic 3-0 win at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday.

Goals from youngsters Devin Titus, Anicet Alain Oura and Antonio van Wyk earned Stellies a well-deserved victory and they reached their maiden major cup final.

Meanwhile, Galaxy edged out AmaZulu FC in a five-goal thriller on Sunday as the Rockets secured a 3-2 victory at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.

Lehlogonolo Mojela, Higor Vidal and Samir Nurkovic all netted for Galaxy, while Augustine Chidi Kwem and Sere Junior Dion scored AmaZulu’s consolation goals.

The Rockets reached their second major cup final having featured in the 2019 Nedbank Cup where they stunned Kaizer Chiefs as a National First Division (NFD) club.

Stellenbosch and Galaxy will now go head to head in the Carling Knockout final at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on 16 December.
