Salah bags top 2023 individual award

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has claimed yet another individual accolade, as the Egyptian continues to work his way back to top form this season.

As one of the Red’s most prolific goal scorers in the modern era, Salah was often at the receiving end of top individual awards throughout his career.

Now though, the Egyptian recently bagged the 2023 Football Supporters’ Association Men’s Player of the Year award for the third time in his career.

Coming out on tops in fans poll, Salah finished first in a shortlist that included players such as Erling Haaland, Rodri, Bukayo Saka, Kieran Trippier and Ollie Watkins.

“I want to thank everybody for the FSA award, especially because it’s voted by fans,” said Salah according to the Liverpool official website.

“I just want to say thank you very much, I appreciate it.”
