With Hannibal Mejbri currently on loan at Sevilla from Manchester United, it’s been reported that the LaLiga outfit have no plans to sign the Tunisian on a permanent basis.

Mejbri struggled to work his way up the midfield pecking order under Erik Ten Hag and was subsequently sent out on loan during the January transfer window.

Since making the move, Hannibal made only three appearances for the club, all of which came from the bench. So far, the African star accumulated just 36 minutes of playing time with Sevilla, which included a one-minute cameo in the club’s most recent tie against Valencia.

According to Vamos Mi Sevilla, as per Strettynews, Sevilla will only consider signing Hannibal on a permanent basis if there’s a ‘radical change’ in his progress at the club.

The same report mentions that the Sevilla coaching staff are yet to be convinced by the United star and could be shipped back to Old Trafford at the end of the season.
