Manchester United legend Gary Neville believes that ‘special’ talent Mohammed Kudus needs to make better decisions in the final third as he continues to impress at West Ham United.

The former Ajax Amsterdam star joined the Hammers as a marquee acquisition at the beginning of the 2023/24 campaign and has since gone onto become a fan favourite at the London Stadium.

Rated as one of the best dribblers in the Premier League at the moment, Neville has claimed that Kudus needs to ‘mature’ when it comes to making decisions on the pitch.

“Kudus has got something special, but he needs to be more mature in his final choices,” Neville said, as per Sports Brief.

“Sometimes wingers can be unpredictable, but they need to be unpredictable not just to the opposition but also to their own teammates.

“In the first half [against Brentford], he took one or two wild shots instead of making a final pass.”
