Petro de Luanda will square off with TP Mazembe in the CAF Champions League quarter-final match on Saturday.

Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT.

The second-leg encounter is scheduled to take place at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in the capital and largest city in Angola, Luanda.

The two teams played to a 0-0 draw in the first-leg match on 30 March as Petro frustrated Mazembe at the Stade du TP Mazembe in Lubumbashi, DR Congo.

Petro’s top scorer in this season’s Champions League is Alexandre Guedes who netted twice in the group stage and the Portuguese attacker will be keen to inspire the Angolan champions to win over Mazembe.

Meanwhile, Glody Likonza and Cheick Oumar Abdallah Fofana are Mazembe’s key players having both netted twice each in the group stage and they could be key to the Congolese champions’ win in Angola.

The winner on aggregate or penalties between Petro and Mazembe will progress to the semi-finals where they will take on either Al Ahly of Egypt or Tanzania’s Simba SC.

Petro and Mazembe have met three times since 2009, and the latter has the upper hand in this rivalry.

Mazembe have won two matches while one game ended in a draw.
