Ghanaian star Mohammed Kudus ‘has a lot of development to come in the future’ according to West Ham United manager David Moyes.

The left-footed playmaker has been outstanding for West Ham since he joined the English club from Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam in August 2023.

Kudus, who is a Right to Dream academy product, has found the back of the 13 times and provided four assists for the Hammers in 36 competitive matches.

“Mohammed Kudus is just not important to us for this tie but he has been important for us all season,” Moyes said on 3 News.

“He will be important for us going forward in the future as well. He is a young boy who has just come into the Premier League and has settled in incredibly well.

“We are really enjoying the way he is playing for West Ham, I think he has a lot of development to come in the future and he is settling in nicely here.”

Kudus will be hoping to inspire West Ham to this season’s UEFA Europa League title with the team facing Germany’s Bayer Leverkusen in the quarter-finals.
