Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah has commented on his touchline row with Liverpool FC manager Jurgen Klopp on Saturday.

The 31-year-old was dropped by Klopp ahead of the English Premier League match against West Ham United which ended in a 2-2 draw at the London Stadium.

They were seen arguing with the German tactician when brought on as a substitute with 11 minutes left on the clock shortly after the Hammers had made it 2-2.

Salah warned there would be “fire” if he discussed in depth his extraordinary touchline row with Klopp.

The winger turned down all interview requests after the match but did have a few brief words for the media, saying only: “If I speak today there will be fire.

Salah has failed to score in his last three matches and it remains to be seen whether the lefty will feature when Liverpool take on Tottenham Hotspur on 5 May.
