The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be the 23rd FIFA World Cup. The tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026. It will be jointly hosted by 16 cities in three North American countries: Canada, Mexico, and the United States.


Matches are taking place from Wednesday, 05 June 2024 – Tuesday, 11 June 2024.

It’s the first three points for the Scorpions in Group F, though they remain in fifth place – six points off the pace set by leaders Cote d’Ivoire. As for the Pirates, they have zero points from three matches, though Ryan Henriette at least managed to score their first goal of the campaign.

19:14: Gambia 3 (M. Badamosi 10’, M. Barrow 52’ pen, Minteh 55’) Seychelles 1 (R. Henriette 14’) – One goal quickly follows another for Gambia, as Yankuba Minteh strikes in the 55th minute to make it 3-1.

Tolo 54’) Cape Verde 1 (Monteiro 37’) – Full time in Yaounde, where the Indomitable Lions have won 4-1 and rise to the top of Group D on seven points, replacing former leaders Libya on goal difference. The Blue Sharks, who also missed a penalty in injury time, are fourth on four points.


16:36: Cameroon 4 (Ngadeu 13’, V. Aboubakar 25’, 43’ pen, N. Tolo 54’) Cape Verde 1 (Monteiro 37’) – Past the midway point of the second half. Cape Verde have sent on Garry Rodrigues and Helio Varela in an effort to turn the game around, but Cameroon remain firmly in control.
