Egypt will conclude their Group assignment in the Men’s Football Tournament at the 2024 Paris Olympics games this week with a tie against Spain at the Matmut Atlantique on Tuesday afternoon.

The Spaniards have already booked their spot in the knockout stage of the showpiece after picking up back-to-back victories against Uzbekistan and the Dominican Republic.

Victory for Egypt will see Rogerio Micale’s charges advance to quarter-finals of the tournament after picking up a draw with Dominican Republic and a victory against Uzbekistan in their opening set of games in Group C.

On the team news front, Spain will be without Pau Cubarsi owing to suspension due to an accumulation of yellow cards.

The North African nation have no injury concerns ahead of the game on Tuesday.
