Liverpool ‘confident’ in sealing Salah future

According to reports in English football media, it is believed that Liverpool have begun contract negotiations with Mohamed Salah amid mega money interest from the Saudi Pro League.

Salah’s contract situation was one of the biggest talking points in European football last year while the Egyptian continued to be a prolific goal getter for the Reds.

With Al-Ittihad monitoring his latest developments, transfer guru Fabrizio Romano recently reported that Liverpool intends on keeping Salah at the club.

“Liverpool keep negotiating also with Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah,” Romano told Caught offside.

“Liverpool maintain their stance – they are confident to make it happen with Salah and Van Dijk, but there is still no breakthrough in talks.

“So, there is more work for them to do on those deals.”
