The final fixtures in the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals are set to be played on Friday evening, 11 April.
Ivory Coast will be locking horns with Senegal at the Berrechid Municipal Stadium in the first quarter-final. Senegal will be eager to defend their crown as the defending champions, but the Little Elephants are no pushover.
The Ivorians won Group D in the tournament, and have been unbeaten until thus far.
The second quarter-final sees Tunisia go up against Mali at 21:00 CAT in the later kick-off. The Carthage Eaglets also won Group C, and it’s set to be a mouth-watering clash with Mali also turning out in the competition.
The teams who win the aforementioned fixtures will meet with Burkina Faso and Morocco in the semi-finals, which are set to be played on Tuesday, 15 April.
The third best teams who did not manage to advance to the knockout stages will meet tomorrow for another chance to qualify for the U-17 FIFA World Cup to be hosted in Qatar at the end of this year.
