Tunisia’s most successful Club Esperance Spotive De Tunis will be hungry to go through the group stages and make it to yet another final of the CAF Champions League.

After losing to Al Ahly in the final last year, they will be determined to try and capture the trophy they won in 2011. However, they will be have to be at their best to battle through Group B that has Cotton Sport (Cameroon), Recreativo Libolo (Angola) and Sewe Sports (Ivory Coast).

The ‘Blood and Gold’ as the team is nick named have dominated Tunisian football for the latter half of the 20thcentury and have won 25 Tunisian League titles, 14 Tunisian President’s Cups and two Tunisian Super Cups.

Under the watchful eyes of Coach Maher Kanzari, Esperance is tipped to go all the way in the Champions League as they also boost of senior players like Mouelhi Khaled, Traoui Madji and defenders Chemman Khalil and Hichri Walid who all feature for the national team.
