The Harambee Stars of Kenya are a more solid team and on paper and should have what it takes to qualify for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon).
Under Coach Adel Amrouche, the team has made strides and improved greatly in their style of play which even earned them the famous 1-1 draw in Nigeria last year in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers.
The 2013 Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup Champions will start their campaign with minnows Comoros and should find that a lesser hurdle. Kenya last qualified for Afcon in 2004.
The likes of Victor Wanyama who features for Southampton in the English Premiership, Dennis Oliech and MacDonald Mariga should this time round lead the team to another level.
